Kick off the holiday season at the annual Radford Chamber of Commerce Festival of Lights Celebration! Admission is: an un-wrapped toy for the Radford Elf Shelf or a non-perishable food item for the Radford Food Pantry (items may include any non-perishable/canned food, personal hygiene items or baby supplies/food/diapers/wipes/etc).
There will be free hor d'oeuvres.
